This time of year is often filled with gift giving. We exchange presents with family, friends, neighbors, co-workers, and give charitable gifts to non-profits and individuals who could most use support.

It is a time of year filled with many emotions. A time of year that causes reflection about all that is, and was (but is no longer).

As we unwrap each present, we are often pleasantly surprised by the thoughtfulness of the gift. Some tug at our heart strings, others are utterly practical, and still others are the gift of simple togetherness. Some are just what we needed! While others, something we never would treat ourselves to.
